Bhojpuri bombshell Mona Lisa to use her personal sari collection for new show

Bhojpuri actress and former Bigg Boss contestant Mona Lisa is all set to feature in the TV show Nazar in which she is playing a daayan. The actress has a huge collection of saris from different parts of the country and when she got to know that as daayan she will have a sari-clad look, she went on a buying spree! Before she signed the serial, she had some 180 six-yards, but after she got the role, she started collecting more and at the last count had 300. She is planning to wear them all in her show. Says Mona Lisa, “While the show has some talented stylists, I wanted to give my own touch to the character. I’ve heard many folklores related to supernatural and black magic and have visualised a beautiful daayan look. That’’s why I have decided to use my own collection giving it a personal touch. There are different saris like chiffon, Benarasi, Mekhala, Kota silk, etc, but  I’ll be mostly seen in lacy ones.”
