Nokia 3.1 Plus with 6-inch display, 3500mAh battery launched in India: Price, specifications and more

HMD Global has now launched the Nokia 3.1 Plus in India. The 3GB RAM/32GB storage variant is priced at Rs 11,499 while the price for the 2GB RAM/16GB storage variant is yet to be unveiled. The smartphone will go on sale starting October 19 via offline stores in Blue, White, and Baltic colour variants.

HMD Global has now launched the Nokia 3.1 Plus in India. The 3GB RAM/32GB storage variant is priced at Rs 11,499 while the price for the 2GB RAM/16GB storage variant is yet to be unveiled. The smartphone will go on sale starting October 19 via offline stores in Blue, White, and Baltic colour variants.

In terms of specifications, the device features a 6-inch HD+ IPS display with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and a 720x1440 pixels resolution. It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 SoC with two RAM variant options – 2GB and 3GB. Running Android Oreo, the device is offered in two storage variants – 16GB and 32GB and can be further expanded up to 400GB via microSD card.

The device comes equipped with a dual rear camera set up - 13MP primary sensor along with a 5MP secondary sensor. It also features an 8MP front-facing camera. Connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS/ A-GPS and a 3.5mm headphone jack. A 3500mAh battery completes the package.

Recently, the Nokia 5.1 Plus went on sale in India. The smartphone comes in single variant of 3GB RAM and 32GB storage at Rs 10,999. It will be available in two color options – Gloss Black and Gloss Midnight Blue.

The device features a 5.86-inch HD+ display with a 720x1520 pixels resolution. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio P60 processor, paired with 3GB RAM. It includes an internal storage of 32GB which can be further expanded up to 400GB via microSD card. It comes equipped with a dual camera set up – 13MP primary sensor along with a 5MP depth sensor.

The smartphone also features an 8MP front-facing camera. Connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/ A-GPS and USB Type-C. The Nokia 5.1 Plus is an Android One-branded smartphone that runs Android 8.1 Oreo. That said, it is already confirmed to get the Android 9 Pie update sometime this year. Lastly, the device is backed by backed by 3,060mAh battery.
