Coolpad has introduced a new smartphone called the Coolpad Note 8 in India. The device is available in a single variant – 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage priced at Rs 9,999. It will be available for purchase via Paytm in a Black Piano color variant.

In terms of specifications, the device features a 65.99-inch full-HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and a 1080x2160 pixels resolution. It is powered by a 1.5GHz MediaTek MTK6750T quad-core processor with 4GB of RAM. Running Android 8.0 Oreo, the device includes an internal storage of 64GB and can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card.
The device comes equipped with a dual rear camera set up - 16MP primary sensor along with a 0.3MP secondary sensor. It also features an 8MP front-facing camera. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth v4.2, 3.5mm audio jack. A 4000mAh battery completes the package.
Recently, Coolpad, announced the launch of Coolpad Note 6 in India. The device will be available in two variants in India; 4GB + 32 GB and 4GB + 64GB, priced at Rs. 8,999 and Rs. 9,999 respectively.
The smartphone, an offline exclusive, is an extension to the Coolpad Note series in India, and comes with a dual selfie camera with additional flash with a capability to capture 120 degree-wide angle selfies.
Note 6 is equipped with an 8 MP + 5 MP dual front camera for 120 degree wide angle selfies and has an arc style design with a 5.5-inch Full HD display with a 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution to ensure a great viewing experience and has Android 7.1. It comprises a battery capacity of 4070 mAh and standby time of 350 hours. Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 chipset, the device features a 1.4GHz Octa Core processor.
