Apple has increased the prices of iPhones in India such as the iPhone X, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus. This news comes after Finance Minister Arun Jaitley announced an increase in customs duty for imported mobile phones from 15 percent to 20 percent during the Union Budget 2018. However, the iPhone SE, which is currently manufactured in India, remains unaffected by the price change. The company had sought tax relief for manufacturing the iPhone in India last year, but the government is yet to take a final call on it.

Here’s how much the devices will cost in India:
iPhone X
Apple iPhone X will now be priced at Rs 95,390 for 64GB variant while the 256GB variant will be priced at Rs 1,08,930.
iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus
Apple iPhone 8 for the 64GB variant will be priced at Rs 67,940 while the 256GB variant is priced at Rs 81,500. On the other hand, the iPhone 8 Plus for the 64GB variant will be priced at Rs 77,560 while the 256GB variant will be priced at Rs 91,110.
iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus
Apple iPhone 7 for the 32GB variant will be priced at Rs 52,370 while the 128GB variant is priced at Rs 61,560. On the other hand, the iPhone 7 Plus for the 32GB variant will be priced at Rs 62,840 while the 128GB variant will be priced at Rs 72,060.
iPhone 6, iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus
The Apple iPhone 6 is now priced at Rs 31,900 while the iPhone 6s for the 32GB variant is priced at Rs 42,900. The 128GB variant is priced at Rs 52,100. Lastly, the iPhone 6s Plus for 32GB variant is priced at Rs 52,240 while the 128GB variant is priced at Rs 61,450.
