Manchester United's Christmas panto to poke fun at 'fat' Wayne Rooney

Wayne Rooney will once again be the butt of all the jokes at the annual Manchester United Christmas Panto next month.

The England striker, who has been mocked previously about his fondness for grannies, will be targeted this time over his weight at pre-season training.

“The lads are considering hiring fat suits,” the Sun quoted a source as saying.

The youngsters also plan to reveal which mystery United star hit boss SIR Alex Ferguson with a mince pie during last year’s show.
