Haryana XI crushed Chandigarh Academy 5-0 in a league match of the All-India Womem's Hockey Tournament at the Aishbagh Stadium here.

In the second match, Central Railway, Mumbai defeated SAI XI 3-1 to keep its hope alive for a semi-final berth.
       
Haryana scored three brilliant field goals at the seventh, 17th and 26th munute through Savita, Monika Dahiya and Amandeep Kaur respectively in the match held last night.

At breather, Haryana was leading by 3-0.

In the second half, Haryana continued its attacks and scored two more goals in the 54th and 59th minute through Bhavna and Amandeep Kaur respectively and won the match by 5-0.
       
In another match, Sarita Hanuman of Central Railway, Mumbai hit the first goal in the fifth minute while Reena Ekka converted a penlaty corner into a goal in the 15th minute to consolidate the lead.

Later, Sunita Lakra of SAI XI scored a goal in the 31st minute and reduced the lead to 2-1.
       
Central Railway, Mumbai was leading by 2-1 at the breather.
       
In the second half, Pratibha Sawant of Central Railway, Mumbai scored a field goal to take the lead to 3-1.
