In the wake of England's shock exit from the World Cup, former left-arm spinner Ashley Giles believes that the Eoin Morgan-led side doesn't require a foreign coach to resolve their issues.

England suffered a 15-run defeat to a spirited Bangladesh on Monday in a match they had to win to stay in the tournament. Giles, who is the current head coach of Lancashire, said that a foreign coach wasn't necessarily the answer, adding that they needed to look from top to bottom how they play, the BBC reported.

Current coach Peter Moores has come under tremendous pressure after England were eliminated from the World Cup on Monday. Giles further said that players have to take some blame as well, insisting that they just haven't really played well enough during the tournament.

Giles added that they need to start playing a different brand of cricket.
