The Khan brothers are taking giant strides toward fulfilling their cricketing goals. Couple of days after 17-year-old Sarfaraz was signed by Sunil Gavaskar's PMG for a Rs Two crore, his 10-year-old sibling, Musheer, will embark on a month-long cricket tour of England next month.

Musheer, an all-rounder, has accepted a sponsorship deal offered by cricket enthusiast Shyam Bhatia's 'Cricket for Care' that will take the budding cricketer to England in August. The boy will get to experience the joy of playing on the lush grounds there and its tough and swinging conditions. He will be part of the G-Force Cricket Academy team from Dubai.

An excited Musheer said he can't wait to hop on to the jet and fly to UK, which will be his first-ever international trip. "I have only seen England on the TV when the Ashes is going on. I want to see the bridge (London Bridge)," he said.

Musheer has been updated about the conditions in England by Sarfaraz. "Bhai told me that the weather there will be cold and the ball will swing a lot, while the spinners will get a little turn. So, my aim would be to bowl a basic line," said the left-arm spinner.

Musheer said that he has been working on his batting by playing against swing bowling with light synthetic balls. "Abbu has been giving me throwdowns," he said. Musheer's father and coach said he is happy that his younger son will get a new experience.

"These exposure trips are very important. If you get them at such young age, nothing can be better.

"Not only will they play matches but also get to learn a lot of things. They might also get to play at the Lord's Cricket Ground and Musheer is very excited," added Naushad.
