Federer outclassed his long-time rival, Serbian world number one Novak Djokovic, with a brilliant all-round display in the final of the Dubai Championships earlier this month and cannot recall ever serving better.
The 17-times Grand Slam singles champion, who is preparing for the BNP Paribas Open at the Indian Well Tennis Garden, claimed that he feels like he is playing very well, Sport24 reported.
Federer said that he is serving as good as he ever has, adding that he is playing very good attacking tennis and is playing very committed, which is maybe something he hasn't always done throughout his career.

Federer denied that there was nothing he could really do on the court now as he approaches his mid-thirties that was effortless for him a decade ago.
The Swiss claimed that he has a hard time remembering back how he felt in 2002, adding that ten years ago he felt like he was more insecure with his game, insisting that he was more worried about a bad day.
Federer said that now he doesn't feel like he has that many bad days any more, adding that maybe sometimes one just comes out and it's just not working. He insisted that that sometimes happens and it happened very few times in the years when he was very dominant.
Federer returns this week to one of his favourite venues, having claimed four titles at Indian Wells, including a unique run of three in a row from 2004-2006, the report added.
