South Africa displayed a splendid performance as they whitewashed Zimbabwe in the three-match ODI series on the hosts' home ground.

The tourists beat Zimbabwe by seven wickets in the final ODI at Queens Sports Club in Bulawayo to claim victory in the three-match series.

South Africa bowled out the hosts for just 165 in just 39.5 overs and claimed victory in the final match in just 27.2 overs to whitewash Zimbabwe in the series.

South African batsman Quinton de Kock, who was the leading run scorer of the series with 185 runs at an average of 61.66, won the man-of-the-match as well as the man-of-the series award.

South Africa would be full of confidence now as they head into the tri-series with Zimbabwe and Australia, starting from 27th August.
