My main problem is my love handles, says Coleen Rooney

London: Coleen Rooney has revealed that she feels her main problem is her love handles.

The 28-year-old, who is married to footballer Wayne Rooney, said that she doesn't want to wear anything tight around her hips and thin, stringy, tie-side briefs aren't flattering so she always go for big bikini bottoms, Mirror reported.

She also talked about how keeps herself in shape and said that finding the time is hard but she is much better at focusing before a holiday, so she goes to the gym three days a week to do weights and interval training and has just taken up reformer Pilates.

Rooney added that she tries to eat healthy regularly, with less carbs and more protein, and before a beach holiday she would try to cut out crisps and chocolate.
