Karate Thiagarajan dismissed for allegedly misappropriating funds

The All India Karate Do Federation has dismissed Karate Thiagarajan, its former president, for allegedly misappropriating funds.

The annual general body of the federation was held here on December 28 and elected former union minister Sanjay Singh as president and PR Ramesh as Secretary General, a Federation press release said here.

The meeting authorised the secretary general to take appropriate legal action against Karate Thiagarajan and Bharath Sharma, former treasurer, for misappropriating funds.
