This is a continuation of our coverage of Euro 2016 teams. Group B consist of England, Russia, Slovakia and Wales. Read our Group A coverage here

England

Harry Kane (Getty Images)

Manager: Roy Hodgson

Goalkeepers: Joe Hart, Fraser Forster, Tom Heaton

Defenders: Kyle Walker, Nathaniel Clyne, Chris Smalling, John Stones, Gary Cahill, Danny Rose, Ryan Bertrand

Midfielders: Jordan Henderson, Jack Wilshere, Dele Alli, Eric Dier, James Milner, Raheem Sterling, Adam Lallana, Ross Barkley

Forwards: Wayne Rooney, Harry Kane, Jamie Vardy, Daniel Sturridge, Marcus Rashford

Strengths: More sheaves of paper have been wasted analysing England’s performances over the years than any other topic in the history of football. Without over-analysing this is a very young England side without the burden of expectations, and  Wayne Rooney is the only remaining artefact of the so-called ‘Golden Generation’ that failed to win anything. In the likes of Sterling, Kane, Vardy and Rashford, they’ve some very exciting talent going forward.

Weakness: It’s ironic that captain Wayne Rooney, the man who has often been seen as the best player in an English shirt is now a weak link, with the likes of Kane and Vardy demanding inclusion ahead of him in the team. His inclusion in the warm-up game against Portugal led to Vardy and Kane drifting apart too much. The defence is also weak and misses the stability that the likes of Rio Ferdinand and Tony Adams brought to the table. Roy Hodgson’s decision to take only 3 centre-backs might backfire spectacularly in case there's an injury.

Star Player: Harry Kane

Past Performance: Reached the semi-final in 1968, 1998

Prediction: Quarterfinal (will get knocked out in a penalty shootout)

Russia

Artem Dzyuba (Getty Images)

Manager: Leonid Slutsky

Squad

Goalkeepers: Igor Akinfeev, Guilherme, Yuri Lodygin

Defenders: Alexei Berezutski, Vasili Berezutski, Sergei Ignashevich, Dmitri Kombarov, Roman Neustadter , Georgi Schennikov, Roman Shishkin, Igor Smolnikov

Midfielders: Artur Yusupov, Dmitri Torbinski, Denis Glushakov, Alexander Golovin, Oleg Ivanov (Terek Grozny), Pavel Mamaev, Alexander Samedov, Oleg Shatov, Roman Shirokov

Forwards: Artem Dzyuba, Alexander Kokorin, Fedor Smolov

Strengths: Most of the squad play their club football in Russia which means they will be familiar with each other’s game. This is also an experienced squad who finished ahead of Sweden in the qualifiers. Artem Dzyuba scored six goals in the Champions league Zenit St Petersburg and 15 goals in the league and Russia will hope he reproduce the form in the tournament.

Weakness: The team is quite old compared to other squads in the tournament and might find themselves out of pace against quicker opposition. They are also missing the injured Alan Dzagoev who finished the Euro 2012 tournament as joint top-scorer.

Past Performance: 1960 Winners as Soviet Union, finalists in 1964, 1972, and 1988, and semi-finals in 2008.

Star Player: Artem Dzyuba

Prediction: Third in the group

Slovakia

Marek Hamsik (Getty Images)

Manager: Jan Kozak

Squad

Goalkeepers: Matus Kozacik, Jan Mucha, Jan Novota

Defenders: Peter Pekarik, Milan Skriniar, Martin Skrtel, Norbert Gyomber, Jan Durica, Kornel Salata, Tomas Hubocan, Dusan Svento

Midfielders: Viktor Pecovsky, Robert Mak, Juraj Kucka, Patrik Hrosovsky, Jan Gregus, Stanislav Sestak, Marek Hamsik, Ondrej Duda, Miroslav Stoch, Vladimir Weiss

Strikers: Michal Duris, Adam Nemec

Strength: They ended Spain’s 36-match unbeaten run in 2014, and in Marek Hamsik have one of the most exciting talents in world football. Along with that they’ve Liverpool Martin Skrtel in defence, a fearless centre-back who’s willing to put his head where angels fear to tread. They also did well in their first World Cup appearance in 2010 when they eliminated holders Italy.

Weakness: They are missing their all-time leading goal scorer Robert Vittek through injury and might find it hard to score goals.

Past Performance: Euro debut

Star Player: Marek Hamsik

Prediction: Quarter final

Wales

Gareth Bale (Getty Images)

Manager: Chris Coleman

Squad

Goalkeepers: Wayne Hennessey, Danny Ward, Owain Fon Williams.

Defenders: Ben Davies, Neil Taylor, Chris Gunter, Ashley Williams, James Chester, Ashley Richards, James Collins.

Midfielders: Aaron Ramsey, Joe Ledley, David Vaughan, Joe Allen, Jonathan Williams, George Williams, Andy King, Dave Edwards.

Forwards: Gareth Bale, Hal Robson-Kanu, Sam Vokes, Simon Church, David Cotterill.

Strengths: Chris Coleman took over in tragic circumstances from his friend Gary Speed who committed suicide. This is the first time Wales is in a major tournament since the 1958 World Cup. However, Wales do have some big hitters including Gareth Bale who is the most expensive player in the world. There’s also others like Aaron Ramsey, Ashley Williams and Joe Allen who can take the game to the opposition. Expect Bale to play a free-floating number 10 role, which he is not afforded at Real Madrid. They also play a three-man defence, and will look to hit the teams fast on counter-attacks.

Weakness: The reliance on Bale is a problem and if he gets injured or fails to fire, Wales will have a tough time scoring goals.

Star Man: Gareth Bale

Prediction: Round of 16
