As Manchester City embark on a tricky trip to Premier League high-flyers Southampton at St Mary's on Sunday, the focus lies on Argentine hit-man Sergio Aguero, who recently resucued Manuel Pellegrini's sagging side, with a terrific hat-trick against Bayern Munich in the Champions League, which has invigorated their faltering campaign.
Aguero, who will make his 100th appearance in a Manchester City jersey against the 'Saints', has every reason to be celebrate the occassion, considering his momentous feats at the club.
He became a club legend of sorts after the 2011-12 season, thanks to his now famous injury-time winner against Queens Park Rangers in the final game of the season, which allowed City to snatch a famous title win over arch-rivals Manchester United.
"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario [Balotelli] was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in." - Sergio Aguero, after his heroics against QPR in the final game of the 2011-12 season.

Aguero also had some of his finest moments against city rivals United, whom he tormented with his pace and poaching ability in front of goal.
Even former United manager Sir Alex Ferguson heaped faith on Aguero's brilliance as a footballer, thanks to the Argentine's consistent performances against the 'Red Devils' in derby matches over the years.
