WhatsApp, the biggest instant messaging service in the world with 600 million active users, will soon roll out voice calling feature for its users.

Leaked screen-shots of the feature reportedly show the calling option, but right now that's all that can be seen. Android centred website, Androidworld.nl has published the 'leaked' pictures in which testers or perhaps employees can be seen using the feature.

The feature has a different UI than the usual WhatsApp. Call logs for incoming, outgoing and missed calls are also included. Authenticity of the screen-shots is difficult to verify and WhatsApp has not confirmed the testing via beta builds.

With the inclusion of this feature, WhatsApp, a $19 billion acquisition by Facebook, may be aiming to directly compete with apps like Viber, Line, and WeChat that already allow users to make calls.
