It doesn’t take much for people to get offended on social media these days. After an ex-Snapchat employee claimed in a lawsuit that the company’s CEO Evan Spiegel stated that the app was ‘only for rich people’ and because of that, he would not want to expand in ‘poor countries’ such as India and Spain.
While there is no proof that Spiegel made the statement, but people were outraged and began trolling him on social media. To get their point across, they even began sending hate messaged to his fiancé, supermodel Miranda Kerr.
People first insulted Kerr, and then questioned her choice in men. While most of the comments were vicious and targeted at Kerr and Spiegel, some offered sympathy and a few even apologised on behalf of India.
