Even as the “Selfie” enters the dictionary of English words, it's popularity refuses to wane. A new trend on Twitter and Instagram, led by Twitter user Selfie Olympic is creating much buzz on the web.
And if selfies weren't already getting on your nerves, you may want to check out the hashtags #selfieolympics and #selfiegame for a barrage of hillarious and creative self taken pictures, mostly by teenagers. 'Selfie Olympic' then retweets some of the best, funniest and most popular of them.
The extent of effort and thought put into some of them makes one silently wonder about the priorities of our generation.
