Miley Cyrus, Obamacare top web searches in 2013: Yahoo

Yahoo's Year in Review is out with a list of web's most popular search and terms in 2013.

Obamacare was the top politics search and dominated life in Washington, pop star Miley Cyrus bested the president's signature health care law overall.

Cyrus won the title for the most overall searches. Obamacare came in sixth overall and second searched news story after the Jodi Arias trial, Politico reports.

Other news stories that made the site's Top 10 list included the civil war in Syria, North Korea and missile threats.

According to the report, President Barack Obama was the most searched political figure in 2013, followed by Nelson Mandela, Sarah Palin, George H.W. Bush, Hillary Clinton, Ted Cruz, Anthony Weiner, Fidel Castro, Kim Jong Un and Rand Paul.
