HP has also announced OMEN gaming peripheral.
HP Inc. made the debut of its gaming portfolio in India with its OMEN series of gaming devices. The portfolio will be available starting March 15, 2017, on HP's official e-store, select HP World stores, leading e-commerce portals and LFRs.
The new portfolio including five notebook models and one desktop model.
OMEN Laptops
OMEN laptops are available in two variants which have 17.3-inch and 15.6-inch screen sizes.
OMEN 17
OMEN 17 laptop is a VR ready model sporting up to 8GB Nvidia 1070 GeForce GTX graphic card and a 7th gen Intel quad-core i7-7700HQ (3.6 GHz, up to 4.2 GHz and 8 MB cache) processor.
17.3-inch WLED UWVA IPS screen with a 1920x1080 resolution, 72 percent colour gamut and 300 nit display brightness. The display also comes with inbuilt G-SYNC technology.
Omen 17 comes with Dual Storage of 1TB Hard Disk and 256GB SSD. It houses a 95.8WHr battery and Bang & Olufsen audio.
The OMEN 17 will be available on March 15, at a starting price of Rs 139,990.
OMEN 15
OMEN 15 laptop features a 15.6-inch WLED-backlit IPS screen with a 1920x1080 resolution, up to 4GB Nvidia 1050 GeForce GTX graphic card, and the 7th gen Intel quad-core i7-7700HQ (3.6 GHz, up to 4.2 GHz and 8 MB cache) processor.
OMEN 15 comes with options of dual storage (with up to 1TB Hard Disk and 128GB SSD,) a 63.3WHr Battery and Bang & Olufsen audio.
The laptops will be available on March 15, at a starting price of Rs 79,990.
OMEN Desktop
The PC comes with a 3GB Nvidia 1060 GeForce GTX graphic card & latest 7th gen Intel quad-core i7-7700HQ (4.2 GHz, 8 MB cache) overclocking processor
The desktop comes with liquid cooling and standard Dual Storage of 2TB Hard Disk and 128GB SSD.
The OMEN Desktop is planned to be available on 15th March at a starting price of Rs 139,990.
OMEN Keyboard with SteelSeries:
OMEN Keyboard is equipped with 5 zones capable of 16.8 million colours. Gamers can program 88 built-in macro keys for combos with one keystroke. Additionally, 20 keys in the most-used gaming areas support anti-ghosting.
The keyboard is priced at Rs. 9,999.
OMEN Headset with SteelSeries:
HP says the OMEN Headset was developed with input from top eSports teams. The company also says that the headset’s lightweight headband and padded ear cushions evenly distribute its weight for improved comfort. It is also equipped with features like balanced soundscape, Retractable mic with 3.5 mm mobile adapter included.
The headset costs Rs 7,499.
OMEN Mouse with SteelSeries:
OMEN mouse features zero hardware acceleration and true 1:1 tracking. This relentlessly engineered mouse with proprietary SteelSeries switches which the company says will maintain their
tactile feel for over 30 million clicks. Additionally, the mouse comes with Intelligent RGB illumination, capable of 16.8 million colours.
The mouse comes with a Rs 5,499 price tag.
OMEN Mouse Pad with SteelSeries:
The OMEN mouse pad is a 15.7 x 17.7-inch dimensions, non-slip rubber base which is meant to keep a mouse anchored.
The mouse pad is priced at Rs 2,199.
