Teen gang raped in outer Delhi

A teenaged girl was allegedly gang raped early this morning by three men in their car here, police said.

According to the 17-year-old victim, she was dragged into a car by the three accused outside her house in Shalimar Bagh early this morning when she was going to a public lavatory.

All three men raped her and later dumped her at Narela of Outer Delhi, police quoted the victim as saying.

At Narela, she was found there lying on the road side by policemen, who were patrolling the area. They rushed her to a nearby hospital where a medical examination confirmed sexual assault.

A case has been registered and further investigations are on to nab the culprits.

In another incident, a housewife alleged that that she had been raped by four friends of her second husband over the last few days.

The incident is reported from Najafagarh of South West Delhi.

An investigation is on into the matter, a senior police official said adding they were questioning the second husband Jagdish and his four friends.

The friends were identified as Baljeet, Surjeet, Dharamveer and Karamveer.
