Yoga Guru to unmask corrupt politicians

Yoga Guru Swami Ramdev here on Monday said he will run a campaign to unmask the corrupt politicians during the ensuing general elections in the country.

Addressing a religious gathering, he said politicians while filing their nomination papers they declare their assets and earnings very less, while availing bank loans they show
their real or inflate their properties and incomes.

He said that he will launch a door-to-door campaign and reach the people with the message not to vote for the corrupt politicians during the Lok Sabha elections.

"I will ask the people to support politicians with clean image," he added.

He said that people from Pakistan and Bangladesh enter India by paying meager amount of Rs 500 to Rs 5,000.

"In fact corruption is the root cause of all the problems," he remarked.

Praising the US for its fight against terrorism, the Yoga Guru said that the United States situated far off from Asia was striking the terror camps in Pakistan, but India was not striking the terrorists camps being run in Pakistain-occupied-Kashmir (PoK).

He said that it was unfortunate that Afzal Guru, has not yet been hanged for the attack on parliament and the Indian government is demanding from Pakistan that the terrorists linked to Mumbai terror attack living in the neighbouring country should be handed over to it.

About his mimicry being done in the comedy show in TV channels, he said it was the stunt of the entertainment industry. The entertainment industry too has to do the business, he remarked.
