Raymond Apparel will open 100 exclusive outlets across the country by the end of 2008-09 fiscal to market its men's apparel brand 'Notting Hill'.

NEW DELHI: Raymond Apparel Ltd will open 100 exclusive outlets across the country by the end of 2008-09 fiscal to market its newly-launched men's apparel brand 'Notting Hill', with the first one getting ready in the national capital.
"Our first exclusive outlet for Notting Hill would be opened in New Delhi next month and we are planning to open 10 such outlets in NCR by the end of the current fiscal," Raymonds Apparels President Shreyas Joshi told reporters here.
When asked about the expected revenue from the brand, Joshi said, "By the end of current fiscal, the company is expecting a turnover of Rs 25 crore and after that it would revise its sales target for near future."
The company launched Notting Hill brand primarily targeting the mid-segment of the men's apparel market in the country.
Designed in-house, the Notting Hill range would comprise suits, shirts, trousers, jeans, T-shirts and also accessories like ties and socks and is primarily targeting working men population in metros and semi-urban cities.
"The new brand having an excellent combination of fashion, quality and affordability would have the potential to tap the Rs 5000-crore mid-segment of menswear in the country," Joshi said.
Raymonds Apparel is a 100 per cent subsidiary of Raymonds Ltd and has some more brands, including Park Avenue, Parx, Manzoni and ColorPlus.
