Deshmukh takes stock of rain situation in Mumbai from Seattle

MUMBAI: Maharshtra Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh who is in USA on a tour, spoke to Mumbai Municipal Commissioner Jairaj Phatak and State Rehabilitation Commissioner Ramesh Kumar and  discussed the situation arising out of the incessant rains in the metropolis and the rest of the State.

Deshmukh directed authorities to leave no stone unturned to provide better services to Mumbaikars.

He also asked people to help the government officials in their work while tackling problems arising out of rain-related incidents.
