DURBAN: Cricket South Africa has announced a 15-man squad for the five one-day international series against Pakistan which will start in Pretoria on Sunday.

The team will be captained by Graeme Smith and will be assisted by Jack Kallis.

National convenor of selectors Haroon Lorgat said he was confident that the team would do well against Pakistan.

"We have confidence in our one-day squad and have therefore retained the players who have performed for us over the past two seasons," he said.

"The final Proteas squad for the ICC Cricket World Cup in West Indies will be announced on February 15," he added.

Lorgat also released names of the players who will play in the Pro20 match against Pakistan in Johannesburg on Friday.

Jacques Kallis, Mark Boucher, Makhaya Ntini, Andre Nel, Andrew Hall and Charl Langeveldt will be rested for this match.

Herschelle Gibbs is not eligible for selection for the Pro20 match and the first MTN ODI match as he is serving a ban for making racial remarks during the Test series against Pakistan.
