SRINAGAR: Two suspected Lashkar-e-Toiba militants were killed in a gunbattle with security forces in Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir, official sources said on Monday.
They were killed in an exchange of fire with security personnel which began on Sunday evening at Khushal Matoo village in Sopore area of the district, they said.
The slain militants, whose identity was being ascertained, were believed to be affiliated with LeT, the sources said, adding three residential houses were damaged during the gunbattle.
