NEW DELHI: A Delhi court on Monday allowed Rahul Mahajan, son of the late Bharatiya Janata Party leader Pramod Mahajan being tried in a drug abuse case, to leave for Mumbai after July 31.
Additional Sessions Judge SN Gupta, disposing of an application moved by Rahul, permitted him to leave Delhi after July 31 observing that the defence had shown no urgency before July one for the same.
Rahul had moved the application after the Delhi High Court stayed his brain-mapping test.
