Is there any future in government subsidy for future? Can a developer be sued in consumer court, if the borewell in society 
is not installed?
People coming up with multiple opinions and implementing it practically is being noticed by government and municipal corporation.
Therefore, there is a high possibility that the government undertakes the initiative. We have also, sued the builders through PIL who have not installed the borewells or the same.
