The Pune Slum Atlas will be inaugurated at Alpabachat Bhavan, Queens Garden, on November 25 by chief minister Prithviraj Chavan and his deputy, Ajit Pawar, at 4.30pm.

The Maharashtra Social Housing and Action League (Mashal), an NGO working in the field of housing for the urban poor, has completed comprehensive research and has prepared a new “slum atlas” for the city of Pune.
The Pune Slum Atlas will be inaugurated at Alpabachat Bhavan, Queens Garden, on November 25 by chief minister Prithviraj Chavan and his deputy, Ajit Pawar, at 4.30pm.
This was announced by Sharad Mahajan, executive director of Mashal, and Dnyaneshwar Modak, deputy commissioner in charge the urban community development (UCD) department.
It is a docket of 15 booklets that are classified on the basis of administrative wards of the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC).
