With the portfolio-sharing issue with Congress still unresolved, Union agriculture minister and NCP president Sharad Pawar met newly-elected party MLAs here today.
Maharashtra unit NCP president RR Patil and NCP Legislature party leader Chhagan Bhujbal were also present. Mumbai unit chief Sachin Ahir told PTI that MLAs had expressed desire to visit Delhi to call on Pawar soon after the results.
"But, Pawar saheb asked them to stay back in Mumbai and he would visit them at the party office," Ahir said.
