There is a change in the HSC timetable. The papers of four subjects — chemistry, biology, mathematics and statistics and economics — have been rescheduled.
The mathematics and statistics paper has been postponed from March 1 to March 4, the biology exam from March 4 to March 17, the economics paper from March 4 to March 17 and the chemistry paper from February 27 to March 26.
Chairman of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Educations, Sarjerao Jadhav said, “We have rescheduled the papers as per the suggestions received by the board and in the interest of the students.”
He announced the changes at a press conference held on February 18 at the board’s administrative office in Pune.
The timetable had been drawn up a year ago to give students plenty of time to prepare.
