Thane to have regular deemed conveyance adalat

The number of housing societies is increasing by the day and so is the need for deemed conveyance. Hence, to resolve this issue, Thane district collector Dr Mahendra Kalyankar has announced that a deemed conveyance adalat will be held every two months. In this adalat, the societies, and members of the municipal corporation, revenue department and other bodies will meet at one place and address the problems related to deemed conveyance.

"Residents of these societies do not have to waste their time seeking an appointment or wait for their complaints to get deemed conveyance to be heard as all issues will be addressed at these adalats," said Anniruddha Sahastrabudhe from the Thane district collectorate.
