Preity Zinta files molestation case against Ness Wadia

Actor and part owner of IPL team Kings XI Punjab Preity Zinta has lodged a molestation case against the team’s other owner Ness Wadia with the Marine Drive police on Friday.

The police confirmed Zinta had approached them and, based on her complaint, a case under section 354 of the IPC has been registered. However, the police refused to divulge more information. According to Zinta, the incident occurred on May 30 at Wankhede stadium.

When asked why she did not approach the police earlier, the officer said, “The actor claims she had to go out of the city and hence could not approach us earlier. As soon as she returned, she lodged a complaint.”
