Hotelier Farhan Azmi, the Samajwadi Party candidate from the Mumbai North-Central parliamentary constituency, has promised to develop the area just like Switzerland, US, UK and Norway if people elect him.

Azmi on his website claimed that he has visited many countries and has personally seen the "exceptional" infrastructure there which he would implement in the constituency.

He also promises free reserved car parking for the residents, rehab centre for drug addicts and uplifting the minorities to name a few. The 34-year-old leader who released a "seat-centric" manifesto on Wednesday included everything within the human imagination to woo the extremely diverse electorate in the constituency. The seat is spread over from the plush Bandra housing film stars and elites to the slums of Behrampada, Kurla and Kalina.
