Navi Mumbai: Shilphata, Roadpali in demand among buyers

Developers and buyers are pinning hopes on realty projects in Shilphata, Roadpali and the periphery of Panvel for maximum bookings.

According to Ramesh Gajra of Gajra group, “Major projects are coming up in Roadpali and Shilphata. There are limited number of big projects in the satellite city since City and Industrial Development Corporation does not release big plots of land, as there is planned development.

Our speciality is executing big projects with good amenities. We have big projects taking shape in Roadpali and Shilphata. Also, it is a win-win situation for people since they are getting flats at affordable rates as compared to other areas.”

He added, “Our projects are approved by the Thane Municipal Corporation and of the only two high-rise projects cleared by the civic body for Shilphata, ours was one of them. Roadpali and Shilphata are extended areas of Navi Mumbai and there is great demand from prospective home buyers.”

Punit Sabhlok of Kamdhenu Builders, said, “We have our projects in Ulwe and Karanjade. Most of the people visiting the exhibition are looking for quality of work and paperwork of the project.”

Dhiren Shah of Fortune Infra, said, “There is a good demand for affordable homes and our project in Shilphata is designed keeping that in mind. Also, affordable homes in Panvel have evinced interest of the buyers.”

Besides, Shilphata, Fortune Infra has projects in Panvel and Ghansoli. Developers, too, are seeing great potential in Roadpali, especially after the metro work started and its proximity to the Mumbai-Pune highway.
