Trains are delayed by at least an hour.

Local train services on Central and Harbour lines were on Tuesday severely affected due to overnight heavy rains and water-logging.
"Due to heavy rains water logging at Mankhurd, Vidyavihar, Thane, Vikroli Bhandup CR main & harbour line train services affected," said a Central Railway official.
Trains are running at least an hour behind schedule. The services are expected to return to normalcy by afternoon.
Meanwhile, passengers protested at Diva station over the delay and there are unconfirmed reports of stone pelting on express trains.

Thousands of commuters were left stranded during the peak hour, while many passengers were seen walking on the tracks.
Meanwhile, the Central Railway has advised BEST for arranging extra buses.
Twitterati have also posted pictures of water-logging and a crowd of people waiting for trains.
