Mumbai based Across Seconds wins EsselWorld Rock concert

Out of the five rock bands, Mumbai based Across Seconds won the EsselWorld Rock concert organised on September 24 held at EsselWorld. Rock bands participating from different parts of the country played their own original music.

Over 1,000 people attended the event. Across Seconds rock band comprises of young talented members like Dhawal Mehta, Karan Mehta, Swar Joshi and Kiran Kadadekar.

EsselWorld Rock presents music lovers with a unique opportunity to enjoy a scintillating day of original rock music and at the same time experience the ambience of an amusement park. Through EsselWorld Rock we aim to promote rock band music and present music lovers with fresh talent and original music. With the esteem judging panel, we are hopeful to bring out the best talent which will take Indian music the longest distance," said Shirish Deshpande, CEO, EsselWorld and Water Kingdom said.

The five rock bands that participated in the concert included Twist to Break Seal, Across Seconds, Eternal returns, Tripp Pilots, Disciples of the Old Monk.

The winner of the concert will get a wild card entry to perform at the Independence Rock grand finale 2016 on October 1 alongside some of the most distinguished global and Indian rock bands. The will also perform at the largest open air bash at EsselWorld, The BigNite on December 31, 2016.
