ISIS recruit Arif Majeed married Iraqi girl?

Arif Majeed, the Kalyan youth who is reported to have died fighting for the insurgents in Iraq, probably got married while he was in that country.

This information was gathered from social networking sites and has been reported to the police who are investigating the case of Majeed and three others who are said to have joined the Iraqi insurgents.

"When we got the information we tried to check this with the family. In fact, we have questioned seven people in the matter," said a Bazarpeth police official. "But we have not been able to confirm anything yet."

Majeed, Shaheen Tanki, Fahad Sheikh and Aman Tandal left for Iraq end May. Last, Tanki's family said they had received a call informing them that Majeed had died in a bomb blast in Mosul.

The police have also received a picture of Majeed holding a gun. They have registered the statements of some of the family members.

"We know that our child is not in any war. He had gone there for a job. We know he will come back," said a member of the family.
