3 Sides Open is helping people in the corporate world expereince an alternative learning process.
3 Sides Open, an alternative learning experience for corporates started in September, 2012 by Komal Gandhi has been providing new learning methods to people in the corporate world.
Stressing on four basic areas of development like fun experience, through interaction gaining a new experience, art for art sake which includes learning something through art and culture of creativity has been helping companies learn from other arts.
Through various workshops that focus on a number of issues like team building, communication, theatre with a focus on team leadership, confidence building, networking, etc. 3 Sides Open helps people involved in corporate work to learn from the creative arts and sports.
In the five months since the company has been conducting workshops, Komal and her team have been helping companies enhance their performance through art-based learning, creativity and innovation.
Taking about her idea of combining art and work, Komal Gandhi said, "There is a lot that can be learnt from art and using art in a corporate sphere really benefits the user as it is proves to be a stress buster and also helps improve the quality of the product. Art offers a new and creative way of thinking and exploration that breaks away from the mundane and through our workshops we aim to help people become better at what they do and also help them enjoy the process of work."
Having been associated with more than 100 people from the corporate world in since September, 2012, 3 Sides Open has taught them that no age is too old to start learning. Komal said, "Many of the people who attend our workshops come because their company has told them to do so but after they experience it they tell us that it has taught them to have fun at work, something thy had come to believe they couldn't do."
When work and fun are combined the product is much better, a fact that has been proved in many studies. 3 Sides Open is trying to amalgamate them with the blend of art and the corporate world and the success of the workshops that Komal and her team have conducted so far is a testament to the fact that there is always scope for innovation even in a rigid system of working.
