Come July 18, Congress will organise an exhibition of documents exposing the "corrupt ministers" in the Devendra Fadnavis government, giving one kilogramme of onion to each visitor to this exhibition.

Leader of Opposition in the state assembly Radhakrishna Vikhe-Patil informed media persons on Wednesday that the exhibition would be held at Gandhi Bhavan, where the state Congress office is, at Nariman Point. He added that since the state ignored the onion growers, the party would give one kilogramme of onion to every visitor.

Criticising Fadnavis for giving clean chits to every minister involved in some or the other scam, Vikhe Patil said that even though Congress and all other Opposition parties insisted on inquiries into the scam against Eknath Khadse under the commission of inquiries Act, the government instituted the same through a retired justice. He also alleged that even before the inquiry reports were out, the CM gave a clean chit to Khadse.

Vikhe-Patil recalled that whenever there were allegations and whenever Congress exposed ministers, including Pankaja Munde, Vinod Tawde and Babanrao Lonikar, it was Fadnavis who kept giving clean chit to his ministers.

He added that to bring all this to the public's notice, the party has decided to hold the exhibition on the first day of the ensuing monsoon session of the state assembly.
