Celebrated actor says 38-year-old raped her

A 65-year-old actor filed a rape and cheating case with the Juhu police against businessman Sarfaraz alias Amar Khanna On Thursday night. In January, she had filed a case against him for stalking.

The former beauty queen complained that between 2011 and 2015, the 38-year-old had taken cash and gold ornaments worth Rs 15.40 crore from her to finance his business. When she demanded these back, the accused allegedly forged documents of four MHADA flats and claimed to have transferred them to her.

She also claims that Khanna forged a nikah nama and raped her many times. Juhu police arrested Khanna, and the case was transferred to Crime Branch. "The accused has been remanded into police custody up to 28 March by Esplanade court," said Nisar Tamboli, DCP, Crime Branch.
