The sale list also includes a 3 BHK flat at Nav Vidhya Lakshmi, Mahim which has been reserved for a price of Rs 3.12 crore. Three properties at Sachin Da, Khar are up for sale. They include a 3-BHK flat priced at Rs 5.15 crore, two 2 BHK flat priced at Rs 4.28 crore and Rs 4.88 crore. One 3-BHK flat, in Venus Apartment, Cuffe Parade has been priced at Rs 7.32 crore, and one in Cozihome Co-operative Housing Society, Bandra can be bid for a reserve price of Rs 10.36 crore. Two flats in Twin Towers Premises Co-op. Society Ltd, Prabhadevi are available for a reserve price of Rs 7 crore each.

Confirming the auction details, an Air India Spokesperson said that the online bidding process is being conducted by state-run MSTC India, while an international real estate consultancy firm is helping the national carrier find buyers.

Last year, Air India had put up its iconic building located at Nariman Point on sale. The airline had invited bids for the building from "state governments and government entities only" for sale of leasehold rights of the land and the building. It hopes to get government agencies as bidders for these apartments considering that it is easy to strike a deal when two government bodies are involved. However, there have been no takers for Air India properties for quite some time now.

As per relators, the prices quoted by Air India is quite competitive, but the real estate market in Mumbai is not very favourable for sales.
