Appreciating Prime Minister Narendra Modi's work in past 100 days, Rajya Sabha member and chief of the Republican Party of India (A) Ramdas Athawale asked people to wait for sometime to see "acche din" (good days).
Speaking to mediapersons on Tuesday, Athawale said, "Achhe din for the National Democratic Alliance has come. For people, they would come soon. Please give sometime to the PM as things can't be turned around in days."
Athawale also praised initiatives taken by the BJP-led government, including the Indo-Japan deal for bullet trains inked by Modi who is currently on a Japan tour.
Athawale also reiterated his old demand for a cabinet berth, four members of legislative council, one governor and 15 per cent share in the power for his party in Maharashtra should BJP-Sena come to power.
