In collaboration with Phoenix Market City Mall, Kurla, team Dolna have started displaying the ‘Art Horizon’ series within the premises of the mall so that the work of the artists can be appreciated by people.

Basu, says, "To build the concept of ‘shop for art’, we came up with the idea of exhibiting artwork in the unexpected places like clubs, malls and hotels, so that the people can get to know more about the various art forms. We are just building a bridge between artwork and general public by displaying it in places people regularly frequent."

The work of artist Shaam Pahapalkar, Subodh Kerkar, Dr Sudhir Despande and Kanika Bawa are being displayed in the mall till 1st week of April. The organisers have come up with a novel method of increasing the visibility of these works of art, where every 45 days, the art installations will be changed to suit a new theme.

If artists want their artwork to be displayed, they can get in touch with the organisers through their website.
