26/11 terror attack victim alleges sexual abuse by builder; files rape case

A rape complaint has been filed against an Andheri based builder by the victim of 26/11 Mumbai Terror attack, reported a leading daily.

The woman has claimed that she was sexually exploited by the builder till June this year.

The builder had promised to marry the victim, but later refused. The victim was working with the builder between 2010 and 2011, said the report.

The victim has also stated that she was in a sexual relationship with the builder even after she left the job, but approached police after the builder refused to marry.

The victim had suffered bullet injuries in the 26/11 terror attack at Colaba, Mumbai. 

A case under sections 376 (rape) and 506 (criminal intimidation) has been filed against the builder.
