Mistry will meet the group executives as a part of the annual group leadership conference in Mumbai.

Tata Group Chairman Cyrus Mistry is expected to meet the group chief executives of Tata Sons companies in Mumbai on Friday as a part of the annual group leadership conference, Zee Business said.
The Tata Sons head honcho is expected to discuss the growth plan for both, domestic and international businesses, for 2017-18 for the nearly 100 group companies it has under its umbrella. Mistry is also expected to discuss the challenges faced by the companies around the world.
Apart from this, one of the main focuses of the annual conference is likely to be the Tata Group companies' HR practices and work culture. Tata wants to draw new talent to the company, and the company is expected to discuss and chalk out a plan.
According to Zee Business, in 2014, Mistry had chosen certain sectors to be the main focus for the group. This included, Financial Services, Defence and Aerospace, Retail and Consumer Business, and Real Estate and Infrastructure.
