Amazon top recruiter of IIM-A; makes 18 job offers

E-commerce portal Amazon offered jobs to 18 graduates of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in the summer campus hiring emerging as the top recruiter of the B-school. 

Including Amazon, there were about 100 global firms who took part in the annual placement process at the college. 

Some other include, Hindustan Unilever (7 offers), P&G (6 offers), Samsung (6), and SC Johnson (6) offers. 

According to a report by IANS, Tata Administrative Services (TAS) was the largest recruiter in the general management sector with 10 offers, and Sprinklr made nine offers in the consumer tech area. 

The B-school told the agency that investment banking participants included Citibank, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, Kotak IB, and Standard Chartered.
