Actress Zooey Deschanel has filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against a shoe company claiming her unpaid fees.
The Almost Famous star, who signed a deal to promote shoe brand Steve Madden, filed papers at Los Angeles Superior Court claiming her agent brokered a $2 million endorsement deal. The contract was later amended to a $1.5 million pay out, but she has not received her payment yet, reports Hollywood.com.
Deschanel's lawsuit is seeking the $1.5 million plus interest and legal costs.
