Author Dr Walter Semkiw talks about the purpose of reincarnation.
Dr Walter Semkiw’s latest book Origin of the Soul talks about the purpose of reincarnation which Semkiv sees as a necessary process for the evolution of the soul.
“It’s a bit like going to junior school and then high school and then college,” says Semkiw. “Our souls while starting out innocent, develop skills and find their identities over the process of several lifetimes. Just like human beings have memories which establish their identities, souls have memories on a different spiritual dimension.”
Semkiw believes that when taking on human form, souls tend to manifest similar facial features and life skills lifetime after lifetime. In the process of séances with his spiritual medium, Semkiw has thus traced, in his previous book Born Again his conclusions on the previous lifetimes of Indian celebrities like Shahrukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Rekha and Jaya Bachchan as well as APJ Abdul Kalam among others.
Now Semkiv has revealed further startling soul reincarnations with regard to Mahatma Gandhi, Barack Obama and Michael Jackson among others.
Through his spiritual medium Kevin Ryarson, who also worked with Oscar winning actor-spiritual seeker Shirley Maclaine, Semkiw has also come to realize that the people in our lives are no accident but are soul groups that we are born with in lifetime after lifetime.
“As we go through different lifetimes we have karma to work out with the people in our lives and we are born in conjunction with them over several lifetimes. In other words, the people in our lives are no accident. When we have completely worked out our karma with them, we reach a different spiritual realm,” he says.
Semkew also proposes the concept of split reincarnation when a soul may inhabit two different bodies who live on earth during overlapping years. Thus he sees former Pakistan PM Benazir Bhutto as a reincarnation of Jawaharlal Nehru when they lived concurrently on earth.
“A soul is an energy body which develops physical characteristics and features that mirror its innate tendencies,” says Semkiw.
He also believes that souls tend to manifest similar skill groups and careers over lifetimes.
Thus he sees the late Michael Jackson as a reincarnation of Charles de Soucy who was a court musician during French playwright Moliere’s time almost 400 years ago.
