The New York Fashion Week runways too were saturated with oodles of shine and shimmer — from Oscar de la Renta to Tom Ford, from Victoria Beckham to Jeremy Scott and Alexander Wang — designers expressed hope and optimism with their shine-on creations, which is perhaps the need of these difficult times.
