Radhika Sharma uncovers history of Spain's national dish paella

In a solo-travel series special, Radhika Sharma has been on a mission to explore the magnificence of Spain and all it's facets.

So far, Sharma finds out why solo travellers are attracted to Madrid , then heads to Valencia to take part in its oldest tradition - the La Fallas festival. In the charming, free-spirited environment of  Montjuic, Sharma enjoys the simple moments at the Magic Fountain, with the locals and tourists.
